HONEY CINNAMON PEANUT BUTTER
Makes about 18 pieces
- 1 bunch cilantro leaves, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, chopped
- 2 cups Mango Honey, juice from one lime
- 4 salmon steaks, salt and pepper to taste
Mix cilantro, garlic, honey, and lime juice in a pan on low flame. Heat honey for few minutes so that it becomes easy to mix it. Place salmon steaks in a baking dish, and season with salt and pepper. Pour marinade over salmon, cover, and refrigerate 10 minutes. Preheat grill for high heat. Grill the salmon steaks until the fish side is easily flaked with a fork. Serve hot.
